The Piscis Hotel is situated approximately 200 metres from the kilometre-long beach of Puerto de Alcudia.

The building features a foyer with 24-hour reception desk and two lifts. There is also a TV room, a lounge, a games room, a lounge room, a bar and a restaurant available for use. Guests may take advantage of the public Internet terminal. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park or garage facilities. Two swimming-pools, children playground. The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:30-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, wine and mineral water are offered. Snacks such as sandwiches, ice cream and pop corn are available between 10:30 & 12:30 at the snack bar as well as pastry, cakes, ice cream, pop corn and sandwiches from 14:30-18:30 and sandwiches (ham & cheese, tuna fish, vegetables, etc) from 21:30-24:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like whiskey, brandy, soft drinks, mineral water, juices, coffee, etc are served from 10:30-01:00 at the cafeteria bar, the garden terrace and the pool area.
Sport facilities at the hotel include aqua gym, aerobics, keep fit, table tennis, gymnastics, water polo, darts, French bowls and kids club. Evening entertainment is also available with five professional shows per week.
