Location
The complex is centrally located, close to bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is just 200m away and the nearest supermarket is only 10m.
Kos Airport is approx 7km from the apartments.
Facilities
Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with surrounding sun-terrace furnished with free loungers and umbrellas. Further leisure facilities include a gym, WiFi access, table tennis, pool table, video games, pool bar and a 24 hour bar with TV (all additional facilities are an additional charge). The Origin also offers a reception service. The hotel also organises events including karaoke parties, birthdays, anniversaries and even weddings (please be aware that it is normally quite loud around the hotel), so you can enjoy your stay whatever the celebration.
Rooms
A total of 17 guest rooms are on offer, including 14 apartments and 3 studios and range from Standard to Superior and Lux. Each equipped with a kettle, ensuite shower-room and balcony or terrace. Air-conditioning and a safe deposit box are available for a local charge.
The Superior and Lux rooms operate on a Bed & Breakfast basis, Standard rooms are Room Only.

Special Information
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
