Facilities include two outdoor swimming pools, kids pool, sun-terraces, childrens playground, barbecue area, TV lounge and reception desk with currency exchange facility.
Guests of the apartments are welcome to use the facilities and enjoy the entertainment program at the Pollensa Park Hotel which is approx 100 metres away.

A total of 28 one-bedroom apartments for up to 4 adults and two-bedroom apartments for a maximum of 3 adults and 2 children (under 12) are spread across three separate blocks.
All apartments are equipped with private bathroom, hairdryer, telephone, safety deposit box rental, balcony or terrace air-conditioning, living-dining area with sofabed, satellite TV and kitchenette featuring oven, fridge, kettle and a toaster.
Some of the two-bedroom apartments feature bunk-beds in one of the bedrooms.
