The apartment features 1 bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and washing machine, lounge/diner, satellite TV, air conditioning and furnished terrace.

Situated on the hillside, the apartment is about 1km from the beach and just a 15 minute walk from Puerto Pollensa where many shops, bars and restaurants can be found. There is a small selection of bars and restaurants just 5 minutes from the apartment.
