Ixia is situated 5 Kilometres from Rhodes old town and 13 kilometres from the lively resort of Faliraki. There is a selection of shops bars and restaurants close to the hotel.

There is a wide variety of sports at the hotel including free use of the gym, free use of sauna, aerobic lessons, aqua-aerobics, table tennis, bowls, archery, volleyball, darts, free diving introduction, lagoon-shape swimming pool, separate childrens pool, pool games and sun-beds & sun-umbrellas by the pool. There is a full animated programme and entertainment including live shows and music.

All rooms have satellite TV, channel music, radio direct-dial telephone, hairdryer, mini fridge (free of charge), central air-conditioning, safety deposit box (extra charge) and bathroom. Rooms have a balcony with either sea-view or inland view. There are also family rooms available which sleep up tp 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast (7 am to 10 am), lunch (12.30 pm to 3 pm) and dinner (6.45 pm to 9.30 pm) all buffet style served in the main non-smoking restaurant. During meals wine, beer water and soft drinks are offered and all local alcoholic drinks are available on request. Hot snacks (pies, pizza, hot dogs, etc) are served from 10 am to Noon and 3 pm to 7 pm at the pool area and cold snacks like sandwiches are available from 10 pm to midnight. For the children, unlimited local cone ice-cream is offered from 10 am and 9 pm. Afternoon tea and coffee, with biscuits, is available from 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm. In the All Inclusive, unlimited locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as draught beer, local spirits, cocktails, wine, are served between 10 am and midnight at the main bar/pool area. Picnic baskets are available for days out and one free A la Carte dinner (upon reservation) is available.
