The villa provides a private swimming pool, sun terrace with loungers, barbecue, TV, washing machine and dishwasher.

The villa features 4 twin bedrooms, 1 with en-suite shower room, 2 shower rooms, kitchen and a lounge-dining room. Cots are available upon request with a local charge.

The centre of Denia is 8 km away and the resort of Las Marinas is 6 km. The nearest; beach is just 200 metres, supermarket is 1.5 km and bar/restaurant is 1 km.
