The facilities offered to guests at the villa includes swimming pool set in well kept gardens with a sun terrace and sun loungers, there is a shaded terrace area with barbecue and patio furniture. The villa benefits from a TV, CD and DVD player, free internet access and safety deposit box. The villa is also provided with a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

The villa is finished in traditional Greek style, which lends to its genuine charm, it offers all the comforts needed for a leisurely stay, including air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Tiled floors and comfortable furnishings run through all the rooms. The villa provides a double bedroom and 2 twin rooms plus 2 shower rooms.

Car hire is strongly recommended.

Villa Nicoleta is located next door to the Villa Jacaranda and reached along the same steep, twisting lane. The resort centre and beach are approx 1.4 km.
