The villa features a swimming pool (8x4m), as well as a built-in barbecue and sun loungers and ample parking space can be found just outside the entrance to the villa.

Satellite/TV

The villa is built on 2 floors and features 4 bedrooms, a spacious lounge with satellite TV and dining area. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and two others each with twin single beds, 2 fully fitted bathrooms and the kitchen comes equipped with a gas cooker with 4 hobs, an electric oven, a coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer.

This villa is situated in Moraira, 4 km away from the town centre and local sandy beach, the nearest restaurant and supermarket are 1.5 km away.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
