Sun City 1 Hotel is situated a 30 minute walk from Sunny Beach and only 800 metres from the ancient town of Nessebar at the quieter end of Sunny Beach. The nearest beach is just 350 metres away with sand dunes and bars.

Sunny Beach is approximately 35km to Bourgas Airport and 101km to Varna Airport.
