Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool and separate children's pool, surrounded by a sun terrace equipped with sun loungers, parasols and a pool bar which also serves snacks. There is also a 24 hour reception, satellite TV lounge, daily happy hour, games room and children's club. Entertainment includes occasional Turkish nights, bingo, magic shows and karaoke.

The complex provides one-bedroom apartments (2-4 persons) with double or twin beds, open-plan living/dining area with two sofa beds (some have one sofa bed and arm chair bed) and kitchenette, air conditioning or fan (local charge), direct-dial telephone, full bathroom and balcony with pool view. Two-bedroom apartments are also available which sleeps up to 6 people. Maid service is provided 7 times a week with linen and towel changes twice per week.

The complex is situated just off the main road to the west of Side (where resort noise levels are minimal) and is within easy reach of the gently shelving sands of Side beach (via steps and the rough path to the rear of the apartments). Side centre is 3 km and Manavgat is 4 km.

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
