The hotel offers guests a choice of two pools (one of which is covered and heated and is available all year round), pool towels, sauna, gym, solarium, massage, table tennis and children's play area. There is a varied children's entertainment programme and there is evening entertainment to keep the little ones amused.

The hotel is set across 21 floors and has 6 lifts (one panoramic). There is the Montesol restaurant on the 21st floor, 24 hour reception, currency exchange facilities, safety deposit box, laundry services, free WiFi internet connection, public television room, games room and late departure facilities (showers, changing rooms and left luggage). The hotel offers two convention halls (80 delegates each one) with all the necessary equipment and material for meetings.

The hotels restaurant offers buffet style meals and there are a selection of hot and cold dishes to suit all tastes. An a la carte restaurant is available at a discount for guests. There is also a cafe and a bar at the pool area. Room service is available from 10 am to 10 pm.

All of the hotel guest rooms are air conditioned/heated and benefit from private bathroom, hair dryer, mini bar, telephone, safety deposit box (local charge) and satellite TV. Some of the guest rooms have balconies or terraces facing south with views across the Bay of Benidorm (from higher floors).

Please note that some of the rooms are featured without a balcony or terrace.

Levante beach, the centre of the town and the bus station are all just 200 metres away. Alicante airport is approx 64km from the resort of Benidorm.

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

Full Board consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Drinks are not included unless specified.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
