The hotel is located in 2 km from the town centre of Kusadasi and 80 km from Izmir airport. There is a dolmus (minibus) that passes by the main gate of the hotel every ten minutes to take guests into Kusadasi (local charge).

The hotel offers two swimming pools for adults, children's pool, Teddy Club (4 to 12 year olds, 10 am to noon and 3 pm to 5 pm), playing areas, flood lit tennis, table tennis, darts, aerobics, gymnastics, sauna, fitness centre and watersports (seasonal). There are animation shows during the day and evening and exclusive theme nights with music. The disco is open every day from 11 pm to 2 am (weather dependent).

The hotel offers 325 luxury rooms and all offer direct dial telephone, air conditioning, mini bar, safety deposit box (local charge), television, hair dryer and balcony. The hotel offers 24 hour room service.

Baby cots are available on request and count as 1 person in the room and are not in addition to the maximum occupancy.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, late breakfast, lunch and dinner and all are served buffet style in the main restaurant. There are three a la carte restaurants (Italian, Ottoman and Blue seafood). A variety of snacks (grill specialities, fast food and salads) are available at the pool/snack and beach snack bars from 11 am to 5 pm. Ice cream is available for children daily from 5 pm to 6 pm at the pool area. Midnight snacks such as soup and two choices of meals are available from midnight to 1 am. Room service is available between 1 am and 6 am (from menu).

The All Inclusive drinks include a fruit juice or glass of champagne on arrival. With meals, local and some international alcoholic drinks, soft drinks and fruit juices are offered. Turkish coffee is offered at the lobby bar. Afternoon tea with cookies and cakes is available from 5 pm to 6 pm at the pool snack bar. All Inclusive drinks include local and some international alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and cocktails served at selected bars until 6 am. There is a mini bar filled with soft drinks daily (according to the menu in each room).
