The hotel has a 24 hour reception desk, currency exchange, internet access, room service, laundry service, medical service, children's playground, hairdressers, bike hire, high-chairs available on request, and entertainment programmes can be arranged for adults and children.

Guests are able to use the swimming pool at the hotel next-door, the Alkyon, where there is also a pool bar, sun loungers, and parasols.

The hotel is approx 300m away from the beach and approx a 5 minute walk from the centre of Sidari village where there are many shops, bars and tourist shops.
