Although Ibiza Town and it's airport are only 3km away there is a selection of shops, restaurants and nightclubs in the immediate vicinity. There is also a large waterpark and bowling near the hotel. The regular bus service will take you to Ibiza Town and San Antonio where a larger variety of amenities can be found.

There are many facilities at the hotel including restaurant with show cooking and international dishes, cafe, pool bar that serves snacks and ice cream, swimming pool, children's pool, small supermarket, hairdresser, TV room, playground, tennis, volleyball and a children's club for 4 to 14 year olds. There is also a 24 hour reception, internet terminal, currency exchange facilities and car rental. There are various water sports available at the nearby beach.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast 08:00-10:30, lunch 13:30-15:00 and dinner 18:30-21.00. Snacks are available from the pool bar when the restaurant is closed. Various other snacks, ice cream and fruit are also served throughout the day. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are served from 10:00-23.30.
