The many facilities at the hotel include numerous bars, disco, restaurants, 2 swimming pools with waterfalls, children's pool with jacuzzi and beauty salon. There is also a fitness centre, kid's club, daily activities such as games and arts and crafts, evening entertainment, babysitting service, laundry service and car rental. Sporting activities include tennis table, games room with billiards, darts, baby football, aerobics, yoga, scuba diving, snorkelling, pedal boats and windsurfing. Guests are also entitled to use the facilities at the Sosua Bay Hotel which is next door.

The rooms and suites are open and breezy and have a very Caribbean feel to them. Guests can choose from superior rooms or a variety of suites. Superior rooms have full bathroom, hair dryer, two double beds, cable TV, direct dial telephone, safe, mini fridge, tea and coffee maker, air conditioning and private balcony with breathtaking sea view. In addition, suites have large terrace with jacuzzi, microwave and living area with sofa bed.
