The Neptunia Beach Hotel offers a large pool area (1,200 sq. m) with irregular shaped pools, sunbeds and parasols, covered pool, fitness centre, Turkish bath, sauna, floodlit tennis courts, mini golf, archery, pedaloes, windsurfing and much more (facilities across both hotels). The hotel also offers the Le Cosmos Night Club. The hotel has a reception area, television room with giant screen, mini club, games room and souvenir shop.

Guests can enjoy their meals in the hotel restaurant. There is also a pizzeria, two bars and a Moorish Café.

The hotel consists of 102 guestrooms across three floors and all benefit from private bathroom, telephone and air conditioning. Guests have the option of different room types including twin rooms (up to three guests), large rooms with bunk beds (up to two adults and two children) and family rooms (up to six guests) that have separate bedrooms.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Soft drinks, juices, beer and local wine are served with lunch and dinner. Tea, coffee and cakes are served at set times through the day. Non alcoholic and locally produced alcoholic drinks such as cocktails, sangria, wine, beer and rum are all available from 10am to 10pm. Varied sports activities are available during the day.
