The hotel is located 150 meters from the sea, 1.5 km from bus and taxi services, 70 km from the International Airport of Adnan Mendres and within a short walk of the city centre.

The hotel offers its guest's a wide range of facilities and services including a conference room able to seat up to 75 people with availability of a sound system, microphone, video player and TV. There is also room service, TV room, games room, fitness centre, gorgeous landscaped garden, two fine restaurants, snack bar and two bars stocked with a variety of drinks, twenty for hour doctor, free parking.

All of the gorgeously decorated rooms at the hotel are fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, fridge, bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, telephone, mini bar, TV, safety deposit box, central heating and a balcony offering views of the lovely resort.

The all inclusive package includes breakfast (8.00 am to 10.00 pm), lunch (1.00 pm to 2.00 pm) and dinner (8.00 pm to- 9.30 pm), all meals are served buffet style in the main restaurant. There are a variety of hot and cold snacks available between 3.00 pm and 5.00 pm. All inclusive drinks include soft drinks, concentrated drinks, mineral water, tea, coffee and locally produced alcoholic drinks like draught beer and wine, gin, vodka and raki all served in the bar between 8.00 am and 11.00 pm.
