The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, lift access, shops, Internet access, laundry facilities and parking.

There are several swimming pools for adults and children within the on site aqua park which also features 11 water slides. There is also sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols, animation programme with daytime activities and evening entertainment. The hotel offers a kids club for 4-12 year olds, tennis courts, volleyball, darts, table tennis, gym, massage, sauna and Hammam.

Further on site facilities includes numerous restuarants including a main buffet restaurant, Turkish restaurant, fish restaurant, Italian restaurant and a barbecue restaurant which is situated in the aqua park. There are also several bars within the complex including lobby bars, pool bars and disco bar.
