The facilities available to guests at the complex includes 2 restaurants, bar with a big screen TV, internet cafe and video games.

There is a swimming pool and children's pool which are surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas and a reception. Currency exchange and laundry facilities are also available. Some facilities may incur a local charge.

There are 30 apartments which are pleasantly furnished and decorated and are provided with a comfortable living room that contains two sofa beds and the kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, utensils, sink, kettle, plates and cooking facilities and a separate bedroom with double or twin beds (baby-cot can be added free of charge upon request).

The apartments are equipped with air-conditioning, hair dryer, telephone, bathroom, WC, 24 hours cold and hot water and balcony. There is a daily maid service and linen and towel changes are made every second day.

The apartments are ideally located just 500m from the beach and 1.5km to the city centre. The main night life can be found approx 2 km away where many bars and restaurants can be found.

Dalaman Airport is approx 90 km from the resort of Marmaris.

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
