Location
The apartments are set in a central part of Marmaris, just a minute’s walk from Uzunyali Beach and only ten minutes on foot to the town centre. Shops, restaurants and cafés are right nearby, making it easy to stock up or dine out without going far. Dalaman Airport is about 1 hour and 45 minutes away by car.
Facilities
The property has a small, laid-back pool area with loungers, parasols and a separate splash section for children. There’s also a sun terrace for quieter afternoons. A pool bar serves drinks and light snacks during the day, and all apartments include a kitchenette, giving guests the option to self-cater. With local restaurants just a short walk away, dining can be as casual or convenient as you like.
Rooms
Apartments are simply furnished but spacious, with a choice between one-bedroom options (sleeping up to four) and two-bedroom apartments (sleeping up to six). Each comes with a private bathroom, air conditioning (available for an extra charge), and a living space with sofa beds in larger units. Kitchenettes include a fridge, hob, microwave and tea/coffee-making facilities. You’ll also have a hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and a balcony or terrace with seating. A safe and telephone are available for an additional charge.
