Facilities at the hotel include four a la carte restaurants, a Patisserie, a snack bar, bars including a pool bar, a disco and an amphitheatre.

A total of 376 bedrooms are spread over six buildings, made up of standard, family and rooms for the disabled. All rooms feature private bathroom, hair-dryer, air conditioning, balcony or terrace, mini bar (with soft drinks), safety deposit box (local charge), direct dial telephone and satellite TV with music channel.

Standard rooms sleep two people and have a double bed or two single beds, rooms for three are available upon request. Family rooms with bunk bed can accommodate two adults and two children, while family rooms with two bedrooms can sleep up to four people and have land or sea views available.

The hotel is situated by the beach, 12km from the centre of Side, 3km from Colakli, 20km from Manavgat and 55km from the airport.
