The facilities provided for guests include a reception, pool table and TV lounge. There is a swimming pool which is surrounded by sun lounger, parasols and a bar which also serves snacks. The bus stop for the local service to the capital of Argostoli can be found nearby. A variety of shops, bars and restaurants can be found nearby.

Accommodation consists of studios and apartments which are provided with twin or double beds, private bathroom, kitchenette with 2 cooking rings, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. Guest rooms are also provided with a terrace or shared balcony.

The complex is situated up a hill approx 80m from the main road. Makris Yialos beach is 400m.
