Built in 2010, the complex has 20 apartments spread over 4 floors. All apartments have two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bath, living room with TV and sofa-bed, terrace or balcony, air conditioning, and a well equipped kitchen with utensils, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and ironing set. Ground floor apartments have direct access to the pool.

Bed linen is included and is changed weekly. Towels are not included and are available to hire at reception.

A deposit is required on arrival, with check in time between 5pm-8pm and check out is 10am.

The complex is just a 5min walk from the beach and 10min from the port and town centre.

Valencia Airport is approx 108km away.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
