All rooms and studios have split-system air-conditioning units, cable TV, telephones, internet access, bath or shower, safes, ceiling fans and either two twin or one king bed (on request). Connecting rooms for families are also available.

Superior rooms have no kitchenette but feature a mini-fridge and king size bed only.

Superior island view studios feature a kitchenette and king size bed only. Rooms feature full balcony or French balcony (large window that opens with sliding door and a ledge).

Superior ocean view studios feature a kitchenette, balcony or terrace and king or two twins beds.

The property is close to the town of Oistins which offers shopping, banks, and local night life; including the famous Oistin's Fish Fry every weekend. It is also close to the active St. Lawrence Gap with many restaurants and nightclubs, and is on several direct bus routes to the capital Bridgetown and many other points on the island. The airport and Bridgetown are only 12 minutes drive away.

If you book Room Only, all meals will have to be paid for whether in or out of the hotel.

Self Catering

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Lowest Prices Guaranteed

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute - in fact, we even include supplier failure insurance for free)
• If included flights must be identical
