This two-storey villa has a galley kitchen opening onto an a sitting-dining room, from here patio doors open out onto a furnished, covered balcony terrace offering views over the garden and pool area to the sea. Two double and two twin bedrooms decorated in bright and fresh colours, along with a shower room and separate bathroom are on the ground floor, whilst upstairs, the remaining double bedroom has access to a shower room with toilet.

Outside the extensive pool (9.8x4m) area, which is positioned to catch the sun all day, has the added benefit of a charming gazebo-shaded dining area with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue made for al-fresco cooking and eating.

Facilities include satellite TV (limited English channels), DVD player, washing machine, microwave and barbecue. Cots for babies are available on request, first cot free any additional cots are subject to a local charge.

Situated just 200m from the nearest supermarket, bar and restaurant, and 800m from the nearest beach.
