Guests can relax around one of fabulous pools (7 swimming pools and 6 childrens pools) or chill out at the beach or take advantage of the on site jacuzzi, sauna and massage facilities. The hotel provides a fully equipped games room (with pool, snooker and table tennis tables). There is a gym (local charge) and squash court. Guests can enjoy rifle shooting, beach football, line dancing, volleyball, boules and target golf.

The hotel can arrange scuba diving, windsurfing, horse riding, deep sea fishing and mountain biking. There is an excellent 18 hole championship golf course (designed by John Harris) just a five minute drive away. The water park, Aquapark, is just a five minute drive away and is open every day from 10 am to 6 pm (tickets can be purchases at reception).

For children, there is a daily club that is fully supervised by qualified staff (organises treasure hunts, face painting, quizzes, craft making, competitions, fancy dress events) and babysitting is available (on request with local charge).

The resort has its own a la carte restaurant and bar that serve a wide range of snacks and meals. There is also a supermarket for those who prefer to cater for themselves that sells freshly baked bread, local produce and wine. The restaurant provides room service at no extra charge in the evening.

The jewel in the crown for the Sands beach Villas is the newly opened Paradise Island complex. The complex is accessed over a bridge from the private beach and has an ice cream parlour (making home-made ice cream), a bar and a restaurant (serving a wonderful full English breakfasts, regular barbecues and nightly entertainment). The complex has a heated swimming pool with waterfall features and a jacuzzi (adults only). The Sunset Bar offers regular quiz nights and live music and the Cabaret Club offers dancing with two shows nightly (free entry for residents).

Guests can choose from studio bungalows or one and two bedroom villas. All accommodation is stylish and thoughtfully furnished and the Sand Beach Villas have carefully considered every requirement guests may have for day to day living from the daily replenishment of towels to maid service 5 days a week.

All villas offer a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and fridge/ freezer.

The studios and accommodation in the Key Largo area provide a small kitchen consisting of a two ring hob, small fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. All rooms feature satellite TV, direct dial telephone and modem connections.

The villas have their own patio, balcony or veranda complete with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. Safety deposit boxes and baby cots are available on request (both with local charge).

Self Catering

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

Full Board

Full Board consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Drinks are not included unless specified.
