Hotel facilities include 4 outdoor swimming pools and a separate childrens' pool, water sports such as diving centre with fully qualified diving instructors, aqua centre, water volleyball, water basketball and water polo. Sauna and Jacuzzi are available with a local charge.

The hotel has a Roman theatre, souvenir shop, book shop, car rental & limousine, laundry service, 24hr room service, doctor in resort, bank, children's corner with games, outdoor playground and green forest. Guests are provided with a detailed facility guide upon check-in.

The complex consists of 492 rooms including 176 standard rooms, 296 junior suites and 20 suites with either a balcony or terrace.
