The hotel offers guests seven swimming pools (one heated in the winter), one with children's section, children's playground, volleyball, table tennis, billiards, health centre with gym, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room.

The hotel also provides a main restaurant, Italian restaurant, lobby bar, pool bar, shopping arcade, reception with business facilities and excursion desk. Further facilities include laundry/ dry cleaning, Internet, babysitting (available upon request), medical service, telephone, diving centre, shuttle bus and limousine service. Some facilities may incur a local charge.

From May 10th 2012 one of the swimming pools will not be accessible due to annual maintenance, however, no restrictions or impact can be foreseen for the other swimming pools during this period of 2-3 weeks. The hotel does not expect any noise to be generated during the maintenance period to cause disturbance to guests.

The Hilton Sharm Waterfalls is set on the Ras Um Sid plateau just a few minutes drive from Naama Bay. The nearest beach to the hotel is Ras Um El-Sid.

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

The All Inclusive information is a guide only and is subject to change and/or availability.

Premier Package All Inclusive includes breakfast (buffet 06:30-11:00, late breakfast 11:00-13:00), lunch buffet (13:00-15:00), salad bar and snacks (13:00-15:00), afternoon snack (15:00-18:30), dinner buffet (18:30-22:00), night snacks (22:00-00:00), ice cream (13:30-15:30).

Drinks: local soft drinks, coffee, tea, cappuccino, espresso, local Beer, special cocktails and local spirits (Whisky, Gin, Vodka and Rum) available 24-hours from a variety of bars. Local wine (regular brands) are served at La Cascade Restaurant during Lunch & Dinner only. All Imported brands are subject to local charge.

Mini Bar includes two large bottles of natural water, to be refilled on daily basis and complementary tea & coffee making facilities.
