The hotel has a 24 hour reception desk, currency exchange service, conference room, first aid centre, and laundry service.

There are also 2 adults swimming pools, 2 children's swimming pools, sun loungers, parasols, children's playground, mini club, animation, spa, and hairdresser.

The hotel is close to the beach and is approx 7km from the centre of Hammamet where there are golf courses, Friguia wildlife park, spas and ancient ruins.

Monastir Airport is approx 87km from the resort, whilst Tunis Airport is approx 99km from the resort.
