The Village offers 13 swimming pools within the hotel grounds that consist of 4 outdoor pools (2 sea water, 2 fresh water), indoor heated pool (fresh water), 6 outdoor pools exclusively for the villas (fresh water) and 2 children's pools (fresh water). There is a sandy beach, 45 metres long waterside, beach volley facilities and a Thalasso spa centre. The hotel offers a full animation programme for children and adults and there are numerous facilities available.

The Village offers boutiques, traditional arts shop, jewellery shop, mini market, kiosk, hairdressers, internet area, conference facilities (up to 900 delegates), daily bus service to Heraklion and Aghios Nikolaos, bus service (once a day) to and from Hersonissos, laundry and dry cleaning service and numerous offer services.

For children, the Village offers babysitting (on request, local charge), 2 outdoor children's pools, 45 metre waterside, mini club (4 to 12 years old, 10 am to 6 pm), children's restaurant (with special menu), children's playground and multi lingual animation staff offering recreation and activities programmes at the mini club.

Guests should be prepared to experience a whole array of cuisine and flavours including Italian cuisine, Mediterranean and Greek cuisine. The hotel offers a main restaurant, the Fontana Amorosa Gourmet restaurant, the Taverna Artemis, a snack bar and restaurant, Pizzeria, beach bar and restaurant, Ouzeri, children's restaurant, villa restaurants, main bar, pool bar, cellar wine Bar, Aquarius Night Club and room service.

Please note that guests are requested to dress appropriately in all restaurants, bars and at the night club in the evening (no shorts or bathing suits please).

The hotel has 364 accommodations, and 40 deluxe villa, offering double rooms and family rooms (two rooms with connecting door with one bathroom and one toilet/shower).
