The focal point at the Sol Principe Hotel is its lovely swimming pool complex, which is beautifully lit at night and set in spacious gardens and sun terraces. The huge lagoon style pools* have 3 integrated whirlpools and are surrounded by dotted palms and a chill-out atmosphere, with a pool-side bar, sun-bathing areas and dining patios. There are also 2 fun pools for children, a relaxing pool facing the beach and an indoor pool*.

The hotel runs a full entertainment program with daytime sports and fitness activities for adults and live music and shows in the summer evenings. For children, there is a Flintstones themed playground, playroom, a nursery and 3 kids club (ages up to 3, 3-5 and 5-12) from June to September.

Dining options include the main restaurant, which has lovely sea views and a terrace and offers show cooking with hot and cold buffets at all services; a Flintstones themed fast food restaurant; a cafe, a lounge bar and sports bar with satellite TV and the pool-side bar in the summer.

Amenities include a shopping mall with boutiques and a paper shop, a hair salon, a seasonal supermarket and Flintstones shop, an internet cafe, parking spaces and a launderette. Services include Wifi, internet access, laundry, medical assistance and currency exchange.

Accommodation at the Sol Principe offers something for everyone, comprising 513 double rooms and 80 single rooms, all with side sea views as well as 198 family rooms overlooking the sea or the pools.

In general, accommodation has air conditioning and heating and features double/twin beds, en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, a telephone, mini fridge, hair dryer, hire safe and a balcony or terrace. Most family rooms also have a kitchenette.

*The lagoon pool is close January to April and the indoor pool is closed June to September.

Sol Principe Hotel is located directly on the promenade on Playamar Beach in Torremolinos. Torremolinos is approx. 7km from Malaga Airport.

Self Catering

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

Full Board

Full Board consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Drinks are not included unless specified.
