The hotel is situated 300 metres from the well known Golden Beach, 500 metres from the village of Istron, 10 km from Agios Nikolaos and 75 km from Heraklion Airport. There is a frequent bus connection to the towns of Agios Nikolaos and Ierapetra and the bus stop is located just 300 metres from the hotel.

The hotel offers a reception, mini market, lobby (with television corner), main bar, restaurant and a terrace overlooking the sea. The reception, lobby area and bar are air conditioned. Each building contains a snack bar, a fresh water swimming pool and a terrace. There is a playground for children, located near building B. The hotel benefits from a games room and dartboard. Watersports are available at nearby Istro Beach (with charge).

Please note that the hotel does not offer evening entertainment.

The hotel is made up of two buildings. The hotels main building has 76 newly refurbished rooms, 11 of which have inland view only. The other building, building B, has recently been built and has 24 rooms, all of which have a balcony and seaview. In building B, rooms have one double and two single beds and are suitable for families.

All rooms benefit from air conditioning at extra charge (except in family superior which is included), private bathroom, telephone, satellite TV, fridge at a charge (free in family superiors), hairdryer, safety deposit box (local charge), music and private balcony/terrace. All rooms are renovated.

The All Inclusive programme consists of buffet breakfast (7 am to 9.30 am, lunch (1 pm to 2.30 pm) and dinner (6 pm to 8 pm / 8.30 pm) all served in the main restaurant. With meals various drinks are offered. Snacks (sandwiches, hotdogs and ice cream) are available at the pool bar between 11 am and 5 pm. Afternoon tea, with cakes and cookies, is served from 4 pm to 5 pm. All locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks like vodka, gin, whiskey, rum, liqueur, ouzo, brandy, raki, beer, wine, cocktail of the day, children's cocktail (non-bottled) and soft drinks are available from 11 am until 11 pm at the two pool bars and the main bar.
