The hotel offers a swimming pool, massage, sauna, jacuzzi (local charge), gym (free of charge), 24 hour reception and a conference centre for 150 people. Watersports such as catamaran, pedaloes, canoes and windsurfing are available at the beach (local charge).

The hotel has two restaurants offering Cretan specialities and an extensive wine list is available. Guests on a half board basis are offered buffet style meals and are also provided with a la carte options. A snack bar is available at specific hours during the day. The hotel offers both indoor and outdoor bars for guest's relaxation.

The hotel is located 27 km from Chania Airport and 187 km from Heraklion Airport. The port of Souda is 19 km away and there are daily ships going to and from the port of Athens. There is a regular bus service that connects the hotel to the town of Chania and all the surrounding villages.
