The villa features a bright and comfortable sitting room with a large fireplace and doors out to the garden, whilst a separate dining room links to a fully equipped modern kitchen through an archway. Upstairs, two twin bedrooms connect to a balcony, whilst the air-conditioned master double is located on a mezzanine level. The outside area has a private pool (8x4m) with sun terrace, a poolside gazebo furnished with a wooden dining suite and an outdoor bar.

Facilities include satellite TV (limited English channels), DVD player, CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, barbecue, ceiling fans in the twin bedrooms and air conditioning in the lounge and double bedroom. Cots for babies are available on request, subject to a local charge.

Situated 1.4km from the Centro Comercial Los Cipreses, 1.9km from the beach and 1.4km from the nearest bar or restaurant. Due to the location of this villa car hire is essential.
