This single storey villa offers simple yet comfortable furnishings and includes a large sitting/dining room, satellite TV with limited English channels, DVD player, washing machine, microwave, well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, open fireplace, three bedrooms and two shower room. Outside there is a pool area with spacious sun terraces, built in barbecue and eating area. There is also parking for two cars.
