The hotel is situated 5 km from the town of Chania (the most picturesque town in Crete) and km from Chania airport, 10 km from Souda Bay Port and 162 km from Heraklion airport. The nearest sandy beach is located at 750 metres from the hotel.

The hotel has two swimming pools surrounded by terraces with designer furniture, stylish sunbeds and parasols. There is an additional pool available for the exclusive use of the garden room residents. Leisure facilities include tennis court, basketball court, gym, sauna, billiards, volleyball court, massage parlour and a salon. Hiking paths, boat trips and excursions to many surrounding sights of interest are available from the hotel reception. (not all facilities listed are free). The hotel offers a full animation programme of activities during the day and night including weekly Greek evenings with live music and folk dances and special theme evenings.

Guests have a choice between the hotels international restaurant, the Cretan taverna (specialising in local dishes), the pool bar, the lobby coffee shop and an extensive room service menu. The elegant main bar offers a good range of cocktails where guests can enjoy some of the best sunsets on the island.

The hotel consists of main building with 138 rooms. Superior rooms are located in a prime area within the landscaped gardens (Executive Wing - Panorama Blue). Room types available range from standard to superior and all are beautifully appointed and benefit from mountain to sea view. There are luxurious suites in the main building and garden upgraded rooms constitute the hotels best accommodation (some with private swimming pools on their terrace).
