The facilities at the hotel includes a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange service, tour desk with car rental, babysitting service, two swimming pools (one with an adjoining childrens pool), an indoor heated pool, tennis courts, paddle courts, sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, massage service on request, seasonal kids club, free entrance to the Marbella Casino (1km away), meeting and banquets halls, parking and private garage. The hotels restaurant can seat up to 150 guests and serves a variety of international and national dishes. Bars are also open and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks as well as soft drinks.
