Malia Studios Apartments enjoys a quiet location just 150ms from the beach which has a variety of water sports and activities available. It is also just 500 metres from the centre of the resort where there are many shops, restaurants and nightclubs on offer.
Heraklion Airport is approx 35km from the resort of Malia.

Malia Studios Apartments has a taverna and garden area, with indoor and outdoor dining, featuring a satellite TV area and offering drinks, snacks and all day breakfasts from 10 in the morning until late at night.
Reception services are available in the mornings (8.30am-midday) and can assist with WiFi access, tourist information, currency exchange, on-call medical assistance, taxi service, car rental and late departures (on request, local charge).
Free parking is available just 80m away and guests may also use 2 swimming pools which are approx 100m away, on the way to the beach.

Special Information
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
