The hotel is situated in the resort of Kato Gouves and is located 15 km from Heraklion and 14 km from the airport. The village of Gouves is 2 km away, Hersonissos is 8 km away and Malia is 16 km away.

The hotel offers guests 3 fresh water pools (one indoor) and two separate children pools. Non alcoholic drinks and locally produced alcoholic drinks such as beer, wine, brandy and gin from 11am to 11pm. The hotel offers bingo, karaoke etc as part of the programme. Water sports and tennis are available at the nearby beach, however, there will be an additional charge.
