Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with childrens section and surrounding sun-terrace furnished with loungers, umbrellas and a pool snack bar with large satellite TV. There is also a childrens play-area, billiards, an a'la carte restaurant and Wifi access around the pool area.

The complex consists of 38 studios for 2-3 people, one-bedroom apartments for up to 4 people and two-bedroom apartments for up to 6 people.
Standard facilities include kitchenette with fridge and electric cooking rings, private bath/shower room, TV (local channels), telephone and a balcony or terrace.
Air-conditioning and a safe deposit box are available to hire locally. Some rooms are located in the Annex Building Kaissa III, and are more simply furnished.

Special Information
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
