The hotel is located approximately 60 km from Heraklion airport.

The Iberostar Mirabello Village offers a main restaurant, a la carte restaurant, main bar, beach bar, pool bar, snack bar, panoramic terrace, two conference halls (up to 600 delegates) and one salt water outdoor pool. For children there are two children's playgrounds, one children's pool, a multilingual children animation team, mini club (4 to 12 years old) and special children's menu. The hotel offers a full animation programme that includes evening shows, live music, disco nights, sports programmes such as aerobics, aqua aerobics, gymnastics, body firming, etc.

The Iberostar Mirabello Village offers guests the Crete Underwater Centre and here is an ideal place for guests to discover scuba diving. The diving centre offers packages for beginners and advanced divers. There are also a wide range of watersports available including water skiing, knee boarding, jet skiing, rings etc (local charge). The staff have been diving in this area since 1992 and have extensive knowledge of the local area and marine life.

The hotel offers double and triple rooms and all feature air conditioning, sofa, direct dial telephone, furnished balcony, satellite TV, music channels, private bathroom, hairdryer, towels for the beach, mini fridge and safety deposit box (local charge).

Please note that baby cots are available on request and will count as one person in the room and are not in addition to the maximum occupancy

For disabled guests there are specially designed rooms (with larger doors at the entrance and bathroom and special handles on the bath). The elevators give access to the pool and the restaurant and there is a ramp for access to the beach.

The All Inclusive programme consists of early breakfast (5 am to 7 am), American breakfast (7.30 am to 10 am), late breakfast (10 am to 11 am), lunch (noon to 2 pm), dinner (6.30 pm to 9.30 pm) and late arrivals dinner (10 pm to 1 am) all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Additionally, guests may dine once a week at the a la carte restaurant with its theme evening (7 pm to midnight, six days per week) or enjoy the gala dinner (upon reservation) once a week. The snack bar (sandwiches, toast, chips, pies, etc) are available at the beach bar and at the pool bar between 10 am to 6 pm.

The All Inclusive drinks programme offers mini bars in the guestrooms (filled with two soft drinks per person, two bottles of water, two beers, one big fruit basket and one bottle of house wine) and are included in the All Inclusive programme. The hotel's lobby bar and wine bar are open from 5 pm to midnight and the beach bar and pool bar serve drinks from 10 am to 6 pm.

The All Inclusive sport facilities at the hotel include table tennis, volleyball (beach and water), water polo, aerobics, step aerobics, yoga, archery, water gymnastics, darts, tennis (cay only) and mini golf.

Chargeable Extras
Watersports such as jet skiing, banana boat, water skiing, parasailing, canoes, pedaloes, scuba diving, tennis lessons, floodlit tennis, sunbeds at the beach and safety deposit boxes are all extra.

Please note that Iberostar Mirabello Hotel and Iberostar Mirabello Village share the same All Inclusive programme. Therefore guests at both hotels can use the facilities of both hotels.
