The complex is located a short distance from the resort centre where there are shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy. There are 2 beautiful sandy beaches approx 10 minutes walk from the complex.

Heraklion Airport is approx 17 km from the resort of Gouves.

Meals are served buffet style in the main restaurant, although depending on the hotel's occupancy, the main meals may also be on an A la Carte basis
