The hotels facilities and services include a currency exchange, wheelchair access, Bacchus bar, hairdressers, games room, shops, conference room, TV and video room, and a quiet reading room.

Dining options include breakfast room, two restaurants, 18 hour room service and a poolside bar and restaurant.

The sport and leisure facilities include three large freeform outdoor swimming pools, waterfalls, whirlpool, semi Olympic size swimming pool, two floodlit tennis courts, mini golf, table tennis, pool tables, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and massage. Day time activities are also available which include archery, aerobics, water polo and aqua games.

During the evening there is the chance to watch the animation programme hosted by the Animation Team. The hotel also holds theme nights like Cyprus night, BBQ night, International night, cabaret shows and tropical night.

For the children there is a playground, a childrens pool, a daily programme of entertainment, hotel run kids club, large games arcade and mini disco. There is also a soccer school for kids aged 5 to 15 year olds (April to October, charged locally). Baby cots and highchairs can be requested and there is a childrens menu and early meals available in the restaurant.

The hotel consists of twin rooms, family rooms, junior suites and superior bungalows.

All 259 bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom with hairdryer, mini bar (payable locally), satellite TV with pay per view movies, hire safe, direct dial telephone, and balcony or terrace.

No Smoking rooms are also available, as well as one specially adapted room for disabled guests.

Family rooms also offer a small lounge area with a single sofa bed.
