Facilities include 4 swimming pools including a separate pool for children with aqua park, terrace with sunbeds and parasols, a supermarket, restaurant, cafe, bar, pool snack bar and children's playground.

A total of 750 studios, one and two-bedroom apartments, each provided with private bathroom, kitchenette with fridge and 4 cooking rings (2 in studios), safety deposit box, satellite TV and a balcony or terrace.

Guests may be accommodated in either building, some rooms are duplex style.

The complex is on the sea-front, with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity and about a 15 minute walk from the main bars and clubs.
