Facilities on the complex include reception area with small lounge, internet access, TV room, money exchange, mini market and safety deposit box rental.

There is a swimming pool, sun terrace, loungers and parasols. There is also a restaurant and bar located next to the hotel where guests can receive a discount.

Studios (1-2 persons) have living area, kitchenette with fridge, full bathroom and some have a balcony or terrace.

1 bedroom apartments (2-3 persons or 2 adults plus 2 children up to age 12) are as above but have separate twin bedroom, which is located on an upper floor and reached by a spiral staircase in most apartments, and extra child sofa bed in living area.

Located on a busy part of the main road, approx 400m from the main beach. On the beach there are loungers and parasols to hire. The centre of Playa de las Americas is approx 200m away. Here guests will find a wide selection of shops, bars, restaurants and nightly entertainment.

Playa de las Americas is approx 24km from Tenerife South Airport and approx 81km from Tenerife North Airport.
