The Bitzaro Grande offers a pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, billiards and fitness room. The Air conditioning is only available in July and August between 1400-1800 and then 2200-0600.

The hotel consists of 116 guestrooms and 24 self catering apartments. The guestrooms benefit from beautiful verandas, air conditioning systems, mini bar, telephone, music and private bathrooms.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main restaurant. With meals local wine, water and soft drinks are offered. Sandwiches and doughnuts are available between 10 am and 1 pm at the main restaurant and there are a variety of snacks at the snack bar from 10 am to 6 pm. Afternoon tea and ice cream is offered. There is an unlimited selection of locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks such as beer, wine, soft drinks, water and soda at the main bar from 10 am to midnight.

The All Inclusive sport facilities include tennis, fitness and non motorised water sports (canoes, catamarans and pedaloes). Sun beds are free of charge around the pool. There are various entertainment programmes available six times a week.
