The villas are situated in the Campo de Golf area of Maspalomas. A car is essential in this area, although the Faro II shopping centre, Duna Flor and Playa del Inglés are all within easy reach. The Maspalomas dunes are just 1.5km away.

Facilities at the villas include a swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There are several gyms, tennis courts and saunas in the local vicinity. There is also a nearby golf course and waterpark nearby.

These 3 storey villas sleep us to 8 persons. On the ground floor is a lounge/dining room, a kitchenette with a fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and a bar for serving as well as a bathroom, a TV (optional), a hire safe, a washing machine, a radio, a master bedroom and a second bedroom with a double bed. On the first floor is the third bedroom with a double bed and second bed. In the cellar are a sitting area (ideal for the children) and a table tennis table. There is also a sofa bed here, providing sleeping space for a further 2 persons. The ideal occupancy is 6 persons. Each villa also features a terrace or private garden and garage for parking.
