Facilities shared by the 4 villas include a swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There are several gyms, tennis courts and saunas in the local vicinity. There is also a nearby golf course and waterpark nearby.

Satellite/TV

These 3 storey villas sleep us to 8 persons. On the ground floor is a lounge/dining room, a kitchenette with a fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and a bar for serving as well as a bathroom, a TV (optional), a hire safe, a washing machine, a radio, a master bedroom and a second bedroom with a double bed.

On the first floor is the third bedroom with a double bed and second bed. In the cellar are a sitting area (ideal for the children) and a table tennis table. There is also a sofa bed here, providing sleeping space for a further 2 persons. The ideal occupancy is 6 persons.

Each villa also features a terrace or private garden and garage for parking.

The villas are situated in the Campo de Golf area of Maspalomas. A car is essential in this area, although the Faro II shopping centre, Duna Flor and Playa del Ingles are all within easy reach. The Maspalomas dunes are just 1.5km away.
