The facilities available to guests at the resort include 3 heated swimming pools, pool-side bar, sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The wellness centre has a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and many massage, beauty and spa treatments.

The hotel also provides a restaurant, bars, snack bar, reception, tour information desk and mini market.

Other activities available include aqua fit, yoga, pilates, aerobics, volleyball, pool/snooker and bocce. Additionally, guests may take the free shuttle bus and relax on the nearby sandy beach with sun loungers and parasols (local charge).

The resort is located in Playa del Ingles with views of Maspalomas and its sand dunes. There is a free shuttle to the beach, approx 2 km and the town centre is approx 500m.
