The hotel is situated 300m from the resort thus providing an excellent location on the doorstep of this resort. Falaraki offers shopping, historical sights and if you are a sports person, there is an excellent golf course available in the neighbouring resort of Afandou.

The Sun Palace benefits from a main restaurant and a pool bar/snack bar (theme nights such as Greek or Italian are arranged at the main restaurant). The hotel offers guests a large swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court, table tennis, mini golf, and a daily animation programme. Entertainment also includes Greek nights and Karaoke nights. For the children, there is a separate pool, children's mini club (2 to 12 year olds) available six days a week and a children's playground.

The hotel consists of 253 hotel rooms and also boasts family rooms and bungalows. They all feature individually controlled air conditioning (available 15 June to 15 September), mini fridge, direct dial telephone, radio, satellite TV, bathroom and balcony/patio.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast (7 am to 10 am), lunch (12.30 pm to 2.30 pm) and dinner (6:30 pm to 9.30 pm) all served buffet style in the main restaurant. (please note that for lunch and dinner there rotating menus every two weeks). Theme nights at dinner include Greek night, Italian night and barbecue night. With meals, draught beer, red and white wine, soft drinks, water and various juices are offered. A variety of snacks are available at the pool area from 10.30 am to Noon, 3 pm to 6 pm and 9:30 pm to 11 pm. Ice cream is available for children daily between 10 am and 9.30pm at the pool bar or in the restaurant (during meal hours). All locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails are included between 10 am and midnight and can be obtained from the pool bar and/or main bar.
