The hotel is located 18 kilometres from the apartments and the town centre is just one kilometre away. There is a bus stop 200 metres away and the medical centre is 400 metres away. The golfing courses of Las Americas and Costa Adeje are five and ten minutes respectively.

There are two fresh water swimming pools for adults, a separate swimming pool for children, a solarium, billiards, table tennis and landscaped gardens. In the surrounding area of the Playa Olid Apartments you will find numerous activities such as marine excursions, fishing, water and extreme sports, shopping centres and tennis courts to fulfil all tastes. The reception is open 24 hours a day and the hotel provides a bar/restaurant, pool bar, television lounge and internet access (local charge). The apartments also provide a luggage room for clients use.

There are 183 apartments all which have been recently renovated. The one bedroom apartments have a maximum occupancy of three adults and one child and comprise of a twin bed bedroom, a dining/living room, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, toaster and kettle), private bathroom, telephone, television (on request), safety deposit box (local charge) and a terrace.
